UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The rezoning of erf 2121, Melkbosch Strand from Single Residential (SR1) to General Business Subzone GB1, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for City approval in order to permit additional rights within the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zone for erf 2121, Melkbosch Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
