UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The deviation of the Parklands Single Residential Design Guidelines to permit a coverage of 55.28% in lieu of 50% on Erf 2528, Parklands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 201801 rev 1 dated 14-05-2018 drawn by Koenesen Atelier (Pty) Ltd, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.3:
The built form and additional coverage will not adversely impact on the area or of the rights of the neighbours
