UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 1913, Melkbosch Strand, in accordance with Drawing No. DHAD/0418/7213/102; dated 20/08/2018, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful sun room and covered patio, and approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
