An administrative penalty in the amount of R 8 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 12807, Milnerton, in accordance with drawing no. 0721.rossouw.MLT12807.20171020; dated 2017.10.20, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful verandah, and approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
