UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 20382, Milnerton, in accordance with Project No. 152-07-18; dated 17.07.2018, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful sun room, and approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
