UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 409, Mamre, in accordance with Drawing ref. 409MAMRE; dated 17.07.2018, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful domestic staff quarters, and approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
