Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Southerners, Erf 78806, 224 Main Road, Diep River, for the sale of liquor for Consumption On Premises, Ref No LLA21030013, be supported.
