UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED That the Progressive Capital Expenditure report for January 2017 BE NOTED, subject to the following: 1. CPX.0003299-F1: Upgrade of Rosendal Park (i) Quality of workmanship by contractor to be investigated corrected prior to project being signed off as completed and contractor being paid 2. Mountain View POS: Partially collapsed pathway, crossing the stream to be actioned with immediate effect. 3.
