RESOLVED that,
The Subcouncil Manager to follow up with Wendy Hartshorne for a response on the property transaction and to request estimated timelines for the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations (MATR) process related to the lease or auction.

RESOLVED that:
the current status of ERF 2544, which is in the advertising stage for public auction as part of the City's standard property disposal process be NOTED.
The Subcouncil continue to engage with the relevant departments to explore legally permissible mechanisms for protecting community interest in the allocation of ERF 2544.
The item be removed from the Matters Receiving Attention schedule and placed on the Subcouncil Dashboard for ongoing monitoring and follow-up.
