As per the RECOMMENDATION:

The City will move to formalise the current informal Time-restricted one-way couplet
-
The Time-restricted one-way couplet is to be implemented and tested as a pilot project for a period of twelve (12) months after which it is to be reviewed
-
TND will prepare layout plans for submission to Roads Infrastructure Management (RIM) for implementation
-
The City reserves the right to revert to the original status quo, prior to this trial period concluding, should it be found that the Time-restricted one-way couplet formalization does not yield the intended results.
