RESOLVED
a) The Subcouncil 18 NOTES the commencement of a public participation process to call for comments on the proposed draft City of Cape Town Markets Management Policy and encourages local stakeholders.
b) That Councillors submit the request for further public participation within their wards and to indicate the venue along with proposed date and time to the SC Manager for onward submission to Sisa Ngondo to facilitate the process.
c) That the public participation period be extended to accommodate a more extensive public engagement with the local communities.
