Subcouncil 3 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24090003, for the business The Bunker PUB at 41 MANSELL KILLARNEY GARDENS SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTED.
The Subcouncil does not support this application. A consent use application is required to permit the sale of alcoholic beverages on the property. The decision will be reviewed after the consent has been approved by LUM department.
