  1. Ward 21:  Intersection:  Old Mutual and Raphael Crescent, Stellenberg– (TIC Ref No: 7200622084) A repeat request for traffic calming measures was received from Christine Ferreira.
 
That a new investigation iro Old Mutual and Raphael Crescent, Stellenberg BE SUPPORTED and reported on. 
 
2.    Ward 112:  Skilpadvlei Road and surrounds, Nerina. (TIC Ref No: 7200623251).  A request for appropriate traffic calming measures was received from Susi Da Rin. 
 
Ald. Fourie, in the absence of the Ward Councillor proposed that alternative engineering measures be supported and reported on as a full traffic impact study would not be possible as it’s already an established area.
 
That alternative engineering measures BE SUPPORTED and reported in.

3.    Ward 103Ridge Road & Steenbok Road, Langeberg Ridge (Ref No:  7200624100).  A request for speed humps or appropriate traffic calming measures was received from Francois de Waal.  Cognisance was taken of the number of developments and proposed developments in the area.
 
That taking cognizance of the present and proposed developments this item BE DEFERRED in lieu of a site visit and the outcome be reported on at the next meeting cycle.    
 
4.   Ward 5:    Reston Way and Louis Thibault Street, Edgemead (Ref No:  7200621673).  A request for appropriate traffic calming measures was received from Peter van der Merwe (questionnaire received). 
 
To note, prior to the minutes being concluded, it was observed that the 2nd applicant, Mr Washington had indeed signed the questionnaire of Mr van der Merwe as well.  No further questionnaire will therefore be submitted and the applications therefore be combined.
 
That the item BE DEFERRED in lieu of the accident stats being obtained and reported on at the next meeting cycle.
