Mr. Botha was present to address the item.
Ald Thompson said that the Downing road in Montana the contractor that will be restarting on the 21st October at Nooitgedracht the roads they will be covering, and would like to meet the contractor with the community members in order to be able to inform the broader community when they start with the project.
Mr. Botha said that they will start were they left off in Liber street, and the depot team will make contact with Ald Thompson.
Ald Thompson said in front of the Bishop Lavis Police Station there is a big pothole and would like to know if that is also included. She also said she would like to include Angela Street in Valhalla Park.
Mr Botha said he will inform the team to fic the pothole at the police station and the project in Montana will be done within a week.
Cllr Esau would like the three-way stop at John Ramsey and Leeuberg Roads in Bishop Lavis to be addressed as a matter of urgency.
Cllr McKenzie said that at Juniper and Jasmine Streets in Bonteheuwel there is an underground sink hole that has not been fixed.
Mr. Botha would inform the depot to attend to the streets as mentioned by the Councilors.
