RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Seven Circles was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON and OFF
Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24090021, for the business Seven Circles at 117 HATFIELD GARDENS BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS:
Subcouncil can only support the ON CONSUMPTION application for this outlet.
The application shows no convincing reasons for an OFF CONSUMPTION licence and the outlet is 27 meters from Cape Town High School
