RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Kumu Aloha was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24090009, for the business Kumu Aloha at 29 SOMERSET CAPE TOWN CITY CENTRE BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS.

The applicant adhering to the maximum hours until 11pm as stipulated in the By-Law in respect of MU (residential).
2. The applicant to provide approved building plans in order to conduct Fire Safety inspection, upon completion of the renovations of the premises.
