It be noted that an application for a liquor licence received from PINTXOS was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil: 8 recommends that the application for a liquor licence received from Pintxos for the sale of liquor for Consumption ON Premises, Reference No LLA24080026 BE NOT SUPPORTED for the following reasons:
Application not supported as an application for Amendment of site Development plan is required to be submitted.
