That the outcome of the traffic calming assessments received during the period September 2024 BE NOTED.

That the Subcouncil indicates whether the traffic calming application(s) as listed below should be placed on the Subcouncil schedule awaiting funds or referred to the line department for implementation on their departmental budget.

That the applicant(s), where applicable be informed of the outcome of their traffic calming requests with reference being made to the budget constraint.
