Resolution detail

The ward councillor, J.Mills, stated that he read through the original application.
He stated that he placed his objection  in writing. The latter is based on the information received from the surrounding community members, who expressed their disapproval of the request for extended trading hours.
He further stated that he read the applicant's response to his objection.
He takes note of the applicant's writings / response and he made a decision to not support the application.
The councillor's reasons are stipulated in the annexure that is added to the report, as reflected on the Subcouncil agenda -

Subcouncil 1 considers the application for extension of liquor licence, submitted by CUBANA TABLE VIEW (02H00 - 04H00), as well as various comments received and Resolved to NOT SUPPORT the application.
