It be noted that an application for a liquor licence received from ALLURE VENUE was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 8 recommended that the application for a micro manufacturer OFF Consumption liquor licence, reference no. LLA24080028, for the business ALLURE VENUE at 5 Lazena Firlands NOT BE SUPPORTED.
Reasons for not supporting:
The application cannot be supported at this time due to a pending Land Use application for a function venue that is still under review. Once the Land Use application is approved, the Subcouncil can consider providing a favourable response.
