					- 
						That Subcouncil 18 NOTES that an application for a liquor licence received from Rueda Wine Consulting was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended;
 
				 
				  
				
					- 
						Subcouncil 18 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24080003, for the business Rueda Wine Consulting at 136 Princess Vlei Elfindale BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS;
 
				 
				  
				
					- 
						Reason for conditional support: Supported subject to compliance with the Fire Regulations. “The plans in terms of fire regulation must address the following; Fire extinguisher 1 x 9kg dry chemical powder at a rate of 1 per 100m² Fire hose reels. All passive and active fire suppression equipment to be addressed as well. Stacking heights not to exceed 3 meters as per SANS 10287 Please note the above requirements are specific to the fire department and must not be viewed as final as additional requirements may be called upon from other respective Municipal departments in terms of their specific disciplines on building plan submission".
