That the proposed project be included to Council in the 2024/25 January Adjustment Budget.

That Council grants authority to disburse the funds as allocated.
That the savings of R31 226 be allocated to Library & Information Services (Ward 67).
That a site meeting be arrange to the Cape Flats Waste Water Treatment Plant.
