Resolution detail

RESOLVED that,
 
a)The content of the Progressive Expenditure Report for August 2024 be NOTED.

b) The Project Manager, Arthur May for Vrygrond PTF Upgrade project (CPX.0003787-F1) be invited to attend the Subcouncil Activity day to provide feedback to the Subcouncil.

c) The Project Manager, Sadia Nanabhay, for Upgrade: Seaforth Trader Market project (CPX.0033646-F2) to attend the Subcouncil Activity day to provide an update.

d)The Project Manager, Lazola Mfene, for Construction: Fish Hoek Garage Vol base project (CPX.0025760-F1) provide an update on the garage project.

e)The Project Manager, Shahnaaz Samsodien, provide an update on the Lakeside Fire Station upgrade.

f) The Project Manager, Simphiwe Ndzuzo, for the Noordhoek LV Depot project (CPX.0004006-F1), be invited to the Subcouncil Activity Day to provide an update on the progress and the updated plans for the project.

g)The Project Manager, Wamiq Salie, for NMT Impr: Noordhoek & Ocean View 4 NT PTNG project (CPX.0031382-F1) provide the Subcouncil with an update on the project start date.

h)The Project Manager, Sadia Nanabhay, for Dev: Gateway Market, Masiphumelele project (CPX.0033710-F1) be invited to the Subcouncil Activity day to provide an update on the progress of the project.

i) The Project Manager, Sadia Nanabhay, Upgrade: Seaforth Trader Market (CPX.0033646-F1) be invited to the Subcouncil Activity day to provide an update on the progress of the project.
