RESOLVED that,
The update regarding the boundary wall along Houmoed Avenue and the concerns raised by local residents be NOTED.
The scheduled site meeting between Cllr Simon and Mr Enrico Bell be supported, and feedback be provided to the Subcouncil at the next meeting.
The matter be removed from the Matters Receiving Attention schedule and placed on the Subcouncil Dashboard for continued monitoring and follow-up in the new financial year.
