It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from St James Pizza Shed was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 19 recommends that the application for a Liquor Licence, reference no. T24080030, for the business ST JAMES PIZZA SHED at Erf 88327, 56 MAIN ROAD, ST JAMES be CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED with the following condition:

No amplified music allowed and no selling of liquor after 10pm, due to the proximity of the premises to residential properties.
