RESOLVED unanimously by the Subcouncil that motion be supported.
a) A memorandum be sent to the ED: Community Services & Health and to the Director: Recreation & Parks for an investigation into how the process was conducted and whether or not there was Heritage approvals granted.
b) A report to then be submitted to the Subcouncil on the outcome of the investigation, together with the remedial action that will be taken.
