a) The Subcouncil Manager be tasked with arranging a Skype meeting with Mr Schalk de Jager and the Councillors of Subcouncil 4 to have an in-depth discussion about the proposed amendments.
b) That Mr Schalk de Jager be tasked with providing the Councillors with the amendments before the meeting to ensure a meaningful and productive discussion.
