Mandy Taylor introduced the report and gave Cllrs the opportunity to remark.

Cllr Cassiem raised a concern about the lease's exorbitant fees and suggested that they be reviewed and amended.

Cllr Cassiem proposed for the adoption of the resolution seconded by Cllr Moses.

There was unanimous agreement with the resolution.

RESOLVED
That the report on Proposed Lease of City Land, ERF 101769-Re Cape Town, Gamka Street, Manenberg, Cape Town for parking purposes: Mogamat Cassiem Essop BE NOTED with the comments made by Cllrs.
