It BE NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from E21 Butchery Lounge was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended: Subcouncil 13 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24070003, for the business E21 Butchery Lounge at 7 JABULANI MIYA GUGULETU SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTED with the following reasons:

1. Applicant is deceased
2. Applicant's sister would not like to proceed with this process .
