RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from CAPE TOWN WINE AND SPIRITS BOTIQUE was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON and OFF
Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24070026, for the business CAPE TOWN WINE AND SPIRITS BOTIQUE at 64 MAIN THREE ANCHOR BAY, BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS
Subject to:
1. The completion of the building work of the premises
2. The applicant obtaining an appropriate business license from the City of Cape Town
