It was RESOLVED that the commencement of a public participation process to call for comments on the three proposed codes of conduct for permissible activities for the Witzands Aquifer Nature Reserve BE SUPPORTED.
FURTHER RESOLVED to recommend that the department to look at putting measures in place to address safety concerns and ways to mitigate the illegal activities while in a process to regularise the Nature Reserve.
