Cllr Peck reported to the meeting that the application are supported subject to adhering to conditions stated by Department: Development Management of the report.
RESOLVED that,
It be noted that, an application for a liquor licence received from THE BOTHEY WINES (PTY) LTD was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 8 recommends that the application for a micro manufacturer OFF Consumption liquor licence, reference no. LLA24070008, for the business The Bothey Wines at 5 Paradise Lynn’s View, BE SUPPORTED subject to the following conditions:

Erf 229: supported by Development Management with the following condition: Sale of alcoholic beverages via the Internet or any other electronic means provided no alcoholic beverage is stored, received or despatched from the property.
