RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2 that the Application for a Business Licence for Health and Entertainment to permit a Nightclub/Discotheque at Bok Lounge & Grill, Erf 8941-RE, Brackenfell Corner, Shop No. 7 Cnr Frans Conradie Drive & Paradys Street, Brackenfell, 7560: Mr Ruben Jered Louw BE NOT SUPPORTED due to the following:

That the premise is situated in a residential area with houses at the back of the building, which consist of mainly senior citizens, a school and a retirement village;

That the business owner was approached by the relevant department to consider soundproof in order to minimize the sound but up until now, no responses were received.
