That the Subcouncil NOTE the advertising of the proposed amendments to the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (MPBL);

That the Subcouncil submit any comments on the proposals within the timeframes and method advertised;
-
That councillors submit any comments in terms of (a) and (b) above by no later than 23 September 2024.
