a) That Subcouncil 11 nominate Councillor Manuel, and an alternate be nominated at the first meeting after the election of the Ward 58 Councillor, to attend the
Newlands Community Improvement District management body meetings
as observers.
b) That the names of the political representatives be submitted to the Chief
Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor
