The Subcouncil APPROVE the application for the renewal of extended trading hours (off-consumption) Monday to Saturday 18:00 to 20:00 trading submitted by Pick ‘n Pay Liquors  (Epping Gardens), Shop 3, Viking Business Park, bounded by Park Road and Mail Road,  corner of Viking and Showgrounds Avenue, Epping Gardens subject to the following conditions:
 
  1. The application for the renewal of extended trading hours (off-consumption) submitted by Pick ‘n Pay Liquors (Epping Gardens), Shop 3 Viking Business Park, bounded by Park Road and Mail Road, corner of Viking and Showgrounds Avenue, Epping Gardens, BE APPROVED as it complies with the criteria included in the City of Cape Town: Control of Undertakings that Sell Liquor to the Public By-Law, 2013.
 
  1. Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these complaints will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn and will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority which may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
 
  1. This application is subject to compliance with all relevant by-laws of the City of Cape Town.
 
  1. This application will be valid for 12 months from the date of the decision subject to the possession of a valid liquor license.
