That the Subcouncil APPROVE the application for the renewal of extended trading hours (off-consumption) Monday to Saturday trading (18:00 to 20:00) submitted by Pick ‘n Pay Family Parow c/o Voortrekker Road and Jan van Riebeeck Avenue, Parow, subject to the following conditions:

That the application for the renewal of extended trading hours (off-consumption) submitted by Pick ‘n Pay Family Parow c/o Voortrekker Road and Jan van Riebeeck Avenue, Parow, BE APPROVED as it complies with the criteria included in the City of Cape Town: Control of Undertakings that Sell Liquor to the Public By-Law, 2013.

Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these complaints will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn and will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority which may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor licence.

This application is subject to compliance with all relevant by-laws of the City of Cape Town.
d. This application will be valid for 12 months from the date of the decision subject to the possession of a valid liquor licence.
