UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That the report BE DEFERRED for discussion after the finalization of the revised Subcouncil boundaries and possible addition of more sites, subject to:

The proposed amendments as determined at the workshop held during November 2023 be included in the review;

That a workshop be scheduled after conclusion of the Subcouncil Boundary changes to include any additional wards;
-
That once finalized, a draft again serve before Subcouncil 7 to adopt the report, prior to a public participation process being embarked on.
