RESOLVED that the proposed lease of public street, erven 1271 and 1272 Green Point, Glengariff Terrace, St Bedes Road, Three Anchor Bay for parking, gardening and security purposes: Glengariff Terrace Homeowners Association BE DEFERRED for additional information and a site visit.

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of portion of City land, Portion of a Public Street, Erven 1271 and 1272 Green Point, Glengariff Terrace, ST Bedes Road, Three Anchor Bay as shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the attached plan 130001230 in extent ± 371m², to Glengariff Terrace Homeowners Association or their successors in title, BE DEFERRED subject to the following:
a) A site visit be held with all relevant role-players, such as; Nomthandazo Vanqa, Cllr Ian McMahon, Girshwin Fouldien, et al.
