It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Organic Zone was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 19 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24050029, for the business Organic Zone at 508 SERVICE LAKESIDE BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS
Subcouncil 19 supports the application subject to the following conditions:

The hours are limited to the hours of business from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and NO Sunday liquor sales.

The building plan be submitted as per Fire Service requirements.
