a) Cllr Izabel Sherry and Alderman Felicity Purchase be nominated the representative and alternate respectively for the Kalk Bay and St James Special Rating Area management body meetings as observers.
b) The names of the political representative be submitted to the Chief Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor
