 RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
 
i)    That the content of the Report on C3 Notification for the month of June 2024 BE NOTED;
ii)   That a report be requested on all outstanding reinstatements;
iii)   That the ED: Water & Sanitation be informed of turnaround time of executing sewer incidents as the current timelines is not effective;
iv)   That the daily operations of the pump station is hampered due to constant breakdowns at the plant and therefore cannot perform its role and
       functions as she it should;
v)    That Cllr S Duka engage with the Chairperson’s office to draft a letter to the department to rectify the sewer related problems within in his
       ward;
vi)   That the Chairperson will escalate the letter in (iv) above to the City Manager for assistance.
