That the Service Requests report for June 2024, BE NOTED.

That an escalation channel for electricity matters be created for Subcouncil 21.

That a meeting be scheduled, with the ED’s, Mayco Members and Depot Managers of Water and Sanitation, Urban Mobility and Urban Waste Management and be placed on the MRA list.

That Line Departments submit their current action plans, for Subcouncil 21.

That Line Departments provide Subcouncil 21 with their Service Charters and timeframes to attend to service requests.

That Subcouncil enquire whether indigent bad debts are included in the bad debts statistics.

That a formal flood report be submitted to Subcouncil 21.

That the Subcouncil be off assistance to Councillor Sauls to find a solution for the affected Residents at 33, 43 and 45 Mahogany Street.

That the Line Departments provide feedback on the actions implemented to resolve service requests.

That the Subcouncil arrange weekly feedback meetings to discuss service requests logged and resolved.
