UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED |

That the individual Ward Plans and Subcouncil Plan for the 2024/2025 financial year BE ADOPTED.

That Ward Councillors SIGN OFF on their individual Ward Plans.

That the implementation of / or progress with Ward Plans BE MONITORED on a monthly basis by Ward Councillors.

That it be noted that QUARTERLY REPORTS will be submitted to the Subcouncil for monitoring and review purposes.
(e) That these documents be discussed at WARD COMMITTEE meetings scheduled for August 2024.

That these plans together with the prioritised needs also be forwarded to LINE DEPARTMENTS to ensure that these are accommodated in their business plans and future budgets.

That the outcome of the 2022 census statistics BE TAKEN into consideration during future reviews, once available.
