That a portion of remainder erf 21066 Blue Downs (S) situated off Corner of Silversands Avenue and Bentley Crescent, Blue Downs (S), in extent approximately 3, 2900 hectares, and as indicated as ABCD on Plan 130010343 attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Technical Services (Auxiliary Services) Department of the Water and Sanitation Directorate, subject to the following conditions:
a) The subject property shall be utilized for the purposes of establishing an
operational base for the Specialized Protection Services Law Enforcement Unit of the Technical Services (Auxiliary Services) Department of the Water and Sanitation Directorate;
b) The Technical Services (Auxiliary Services) Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;
c) The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and
maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
d) That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Technical Services (Auxiliary Services) Department; |
