It is recommended that the Subcouncil NOTES the report relating facility situated at number 392 Fourth Avenue, Lotus River.
FURTHER RESOLVED

That item be placed on the Matters Receiving Attention for ongoing monitoring due to the building being neglected before.

The Subcouncil to arrange a meeting with Safety & Security, Property Holding, Housing Department and all relevant officials in order to address the matters concerning the facility at 392 Fourth Avenue, Lotus River.
