The Subcouncil Manager, Goodman Lulamile Rorwana reported he was informed that an assessment of the site is conducted for the most appropriate use but said the land has also been earmarked for a private school that would provide free education to underprivilege communities, nutritional support, health care, family assistance, career guidance and character development.
