That for reasons set out in this report, the application to lease a portion of City Land, Erf 1659 Bellville, situated at van der Merwe Street, Bellville shown hatched and lettered ABCDEFG on the plan 130009515v1 marked Annexure A, in extent approximately 427m², to Chrystal Grauso or her successor in title, BE REFUSED;

That the objections received from the user department of this property, being the Department of Recreation and Parks, BE UPHELD;

That the objections received from the Welgemoed City Improvement District NPC (WCID), BE UPHELD.
