RESOLVED
It was resolved that Subcouncil 10 SUPPORT the recommendation that erf 38552 Khayelitsha situated at 155 Steve Biko Road Harare, in extent 28 209 hectares, and as indicated as ABCDEFGHJKL on Plan ET 627 attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Human Settlements Planning department, subject to the following
conditions:
a) The subject property shall be utilized for Housing development purpose only;
b) The Human Settlements Planning department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;
c) The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
d) That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Human Settlements Planning department;
e) That provision be made in the layout of the proposed development for erven that can be used for community purposes
