It was agreed that the department will develop the following plans for the site:
Site development Plan (SDP)
Management and Maintenance Plan and
Heritage Management Plan
Emailed Siraaj requesting timelines for the respective plans

* Siraaj has indicated that he will be submitting a report to be tabled at the October SC Meeting
* Cllr Higham is requesting that the critical remedial action be taken on matters like the fire risks and illegal dumping at the property.
Meeting date: 20/01/2025
* It was agreed that the department will develop the following plans for the site:
Site development Plan (SDP)
Management and Maintenance Plan and
Heritage Management Plan
* Emailed Siraaj requesting timelines for the respective plans, awaiting feedback
* Cllr Higham is waiting on the feedback regarding the short term plan
* Zunaid will be sending the cleaning teams to clear the area
